Initial Health Guarantee

All puppies are sold with guarantees in written form.  You have a grace period of several days to schedule an appointment with your veterinarian for a puppy exam; the puppy is returnable if your veterinarian advises.   

One Year Health Guarantee

Your puppy is guaranteed for two (2) years from date of birth against any life-threatening genetic or hereditary disease or defect.

Vaccinations

All puppies are current on vaccinations and wormings, and will come with a written record for your veterinarian.     

We understand that a replacement puppy would never amend the tragedy of a loss, however we need to agree in advance on a planned solution. If your puppy is diagnosed with a major problem,

(1) requiring major surgery for correction

(2) recommended for euthanasia ( hereditary or genetic condition).

(3) dies from hereditary or genetic condition (autopsy).

REQUIREMENTS: NOTIFICATION AT TIME OF DIAGNOSIS

We insist on the opportunity to advise and recommend with any knowledge we have; to be of help, no matter how large or small the problem.. We do NOT want to be informed AFTER the process is complete and final. We want to be aware of all the steps, and be involved in the decision making process. Our ideas and yours may vary; HOWEVER, if we are to be responsible, we need to be included in the decisions.  Written notification at the time of diagnosis by your veterinarian is required, please.

No medical expenses will be paid.

No refunds will be made.

**skin problems /allergies would not be considered for replacement, except in extreme cases requiring euthanasia.  This is sometimes a predisposition to a breed, that can be controlled with diet changes and vitamin supplements.

I, Joy Thomas, will offer a replacement puppy at first available time, SEX of the puppy will not be an issue. Replacement puppy would be over 8 weeks and less than 20 weeks of age.
