Initial Health Guarantee

All puppies are sold with guarantees in written form.  You have a grace period of one week to schedule an appointment with your veterinarian for a puppy exam; the puppy is returnable if your veterinarian advises.   If puppy is to be returned, you will be responsible for shipping charges, on a day/time planned by us.

Two Year Health Guarantee
Your puppy is guaranteed for (2) years from date of birth against any life-threatening genetic or hereditary disease or defect.

Vaccinations
All puppies are current on vaccinations and wormings, and will come with a written record for your veterinarian.     

We understand that a replacement puppy would never amend the tragedy of a loss, however we need to agree in advance on a planned solution. If your puppy is diagnosed with a major problem,

(1) requiring major surgery for correction

(2) recommended for euthanasia ( hereditary or genetic condition).

(3) dies from hereditary or genetic condition (autopsy).

REQUIREMENTS: NOTIFICATION AT TIME OF DIAGNOSIS
We insist on the opportunity to advise and recommend with any knowledge we have; to be of help, no matter how large or small the problem.. We do NOT want to be informed AFTER the process is complete and final. We want to be aware of all the steps, and be involved in the decision making process. Our ideas and yours may vary; HOWEVER, if we are to be responsible, we need to be included in the decisions.  Written notification at the time of diagnosis by your veterinarian is required, please.
